She holds a post-graduate certificate in AI for Business Leaders from University of Texas McComb’s School of Business, a B.A. in Economics from Truman State University, and is a Certified SCRUM Product Owner.

Joe is vice president of innovation at Cypress Living. He’s an experienced technologist and innovator in senior living and is passionate about technology, viewing it a means to increase efficiency and improve intelligence. As a consultant, he worked with many organizations to establish technology strategies, assist in IT governance, and mentor other technology leaders.

Through a comprehensive overhaul centered on data, AI, and automation, Bryan is driving enhanced resident care, elevated family engagement, and heightened employee satisfaction.
